Vicks VapoRub directions for use:
 

• Adults:
• Rub Vicks VapoRub liberally on the chest, throat and back.
• Cover whole area for maximum effect.
• Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily - Or
• Melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in very hot (not boiling) water.
• Inhale the medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes.

Caution: Never re-heat the mixture.

• Children (infants and babies over 6 months):
• Apply lightly to chest and back.
• Rub gently.
• Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Vicks VapoRub contains: Levomenthol (2.75% w/w), camphor (5.00% w/w), eucalyptus oil (1.50% w/w) and turpentine oil (5.00% w/w) as the active ingredients.

Vicks VapoRub also contains: Thymol, nutmeg oil, cedarwood oil and white soft paraffin.

Do not use Vicks VapoRub on babies under 6 months of age

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
