What is your Shipping policy?
We believe that value for money is very important and price our products accordingly.
We do not build a "Delivery Allowance" into the price that we offer to you and endeavour to keep shipping
charges down to a minimum..
Where do you Ship?
We deliver to all mainland UK and most International addresses.
UK (not including Republic of Ireland)
Free delivery on all orders over £50 up to a weight of 2kg.
For any single item order to the UK we charge £2.90 upto 2kg.
A discounted rate of £5.00 for multiple item orders, up to a weight of 2kg.
From 2-25kg a fixed rate of £9.00 will be charged for all mainland UK orders which we will notify you before despatch since our website does not work this out automatically.
UK orders are dispatched by Recorded Royal Mail First Class. A signature will be required on receipt. Orders are usually delivered next day from dispatch, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
International
For all international orders we charge £5 for the first item and £2 for each extra item to 1kg
Heavy Items (over 1kg)
For orders weighing over 1kg there will be an additional charge. This will not be calculated by our website. In this situation we will contact you to advise of any extra charges before we dispatch your order. If you then have a problem with the additional charge you can cancel your order immediately.
International orders are dispatched by International Signed For. A signature will be required on receipt. Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch Times
Most orders received by 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and cleared funds.
We will endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated dispatch dates if any delays do occur.
For cheque payments, goods will be dispatched after funds have cleared.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually Royal Mail First Class post or courier. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the despatch date.
Can I send things to another address?
We are happy to deliver your order to addresses other than your own. You �ll have the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket during the checkout process.
Return Policy:
What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days after the day of delivery. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items. We cannot always refund postage & packaging costs - please see details below.

How do I return an item?

Will the Delivery charge be refunded?
We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges.
In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.
What happens after the items have been returned?
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
