Quiet Life is a traditional herbal remedy, which is particularly appropriate for use during periods of worry, irritability and stress. The tablets acts as a nervine tonic and gentle sedative, helping to alleviate nervous disorders and promote relaxation and natural sleep. Dosage/Directions:
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Swallow two tablets twice a day with water after meals, plus two tablets at bedtime, if required.

 

Warnings:
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
